  • We encourage guests to wear our bowling shoes. They are conversation starters, offer instagram inspo, they’re fashionable and most importantly add to the fun! If you prefer, you can wear your own shoes as long as they're deemed safe and appropriate. (Closed toe and flat soled e.g. trainers, sneakers, boat shoe)
Terms And Conditions
  • Reservations are required. Please follow the booking instructions on your voucher to book online and select a date
  • The vouchers can only be redeemed online, they cannot be used in person or for walk-ins
  • The vouchers are valid for online redemption until the specific expiry date. Any unredeemed, unused vouchers past the expiry date will be forfeited
  • Vouchers are valid on the specific activity listed on the voucher, from Monday to Sunday at any time at all locations in Australia
  • Each unique voucher code can only be used once. It cannot be used with other promotions and discount codes including the Family Deal
  • These unique codes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry. Please check our house rules and minors’ policy on our website
  • This venue does not allow outside food
  • The card is yours to keep, so you can use the credit on it next time if you don't use it all in one visit
  • Your credit and tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of the last time you used it. Credit on games cards is non-refundable
  • At Archie Brothers Chadstone, we do not allow minors in the venue after 8pm Friday - Saturday and after 11pm Sunday - Thursday. After these times only those with a valid ID can enter
  • While unaccompanied minors and under 18’s are permitted at Archie Brothers Docklands until the listed times, we request that pre-teens and younger children are accompanied by a responsible adult
Cancellation Policy
  • To change a booking, you can do so by calling our concierge team at least 24 hours prior to the booking, and is subject to availability and price
  • You will not incur additional charges for the changed booking
  • No refunds will be given for a change of mind. This includes partial or full refunds

  • Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
  • Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
